At CUT 432, we put our cocktails on a pedestal with fine spirits, fresh juice, Seasonal products, hours of research and testing, and a hefty commitment to precision. Our bartenders love the drinks they make, and so every time you get a mixed drink at CUT 432, be assured that every possible attempt was taken to make it the way it was intended to be.
Before prohibition, bartenders weren’t just guys that got you a beer or poured a shot. They were artists from masters of the pre-prohibition era like jerry Thomas, Harry Johnson, Ada Coleman, and many more. We are constantly inspired and humbled. Not every drink is right for every drinker, so we hope you engage our staff and figure out exactly what drink is right for you. Cheers!!

BEER PHILOSOPHY:
Small batch, artisan draught beer is at its best when fresh and local. Our most local beer comes from Fresh Beer Co., located in Ft. Lauderdale. The rest comes from other small, independent breweries & represents the finest expressions of the craft. Our selection of draft beer is always changing. Please consult with your server for the most current offerings.

WINE PHILOSOPHY:
In keeping with the longstanding tradition of pairing wine with food, CUT 432 offers guests an exciting assortment of wines to enjoy with their meals. We cellar over 300 varieties, including bottles from acclaimed vineyards, reserves from lesser-known regions and winemakers, unique domestic and international vintages, and sweet dessert wines. Our wine program is designed to give our guests new, exciting, and affordable choices to savor with their meals.
